In-Person Technology Support
$135 per hour
Patient, hands-on help in your home.
Whether you need to set up a device, solve a problem, or learn something new, we explain each step clearly and work at a pace that feels comfortable.
- One-hour minimum.
- Additional time is billed at $33.75 per 15 minutes.
- A $40 trip charge applies to in-person appointments more than 20 miles from Wheaton, Illinois, or Grand Rapids, Michigan. We will confirm whether it applies before you book.
Remote and Phone Support
$25 per 15 minutes
Get patient, expert help by phone or through a secure remote connection.
We can answer questions, solve problems, and guide you step by step without an in-person visit.
- 15-minute minimum.
- Billed in 15-minute increments, equivalent to $100 per hour.
