Connected Confidence includes double the support hours—two in-person sessions and two remote sessions versus one each. It's designed for more comprehensive projects like complete device transitions, smart home setups, or multiple technology challenges that need dedicated attention.

How long do I have to use the sessions?

Accepted Answer

All purchased prepaid sessions must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Additionally, remote sessions must be used within 60 days of your last in-person visit to ensure continuity and provide effective follow-up support.

Can different family members use the package hours?

The package is designed for one recipient, but we can certainly help with multiple devices or family tech issues during the sessions. If you're purchasing as a gift, the recipient can use all the hours for their technology needs.
