    Helping a Parent With Technology

You don't have to be your parent's tech support anymore. We take the patient, unhurried calls so you can go back to being their son or daughter — in person across Greater Chicagoland, and remotely anywhere in the world.

You're probably here because of a phone call

The printer stopped working. The TV changed inputs. An email looked suspicious. The tablet asked for a password nobody wrote down. These calls tend to land on whichever adult child is considered "good with computers," often from hundreds of miles away.

We give your parent a patient, judgment-free person to call instead. Sessions are unhurried, explained in plain language, and repeated as many times as needed. Your parent keeps their independence, and you get your evenings back.

What families ask us for most

    Staying connected

    • Video calls with grandchildren
    • Texting, photos, and shared albums
    • Email that finally makes sense

    Peace of mind

    • Recognizing scams and phishing
    • Passwords organized safely
    • Backups and account recovery

    In person, Chicagoland

A technician comes to your parent's home anywhere in the Greater Chicagoland area, works on their actual devices, and leaves written notes behind.

    Remote, nationwide

If your parent lives outside Chicagoland, remote sessions cover the entire country by phone and screen sharing — ideal for long-distance families.

What we do — and what we don't

We teach, set up, configure, and support the technology your parent already owns. We do not repair hardware and we do not sell devices, so there's never a sales pitch attached to a visit. If your parent needs something new, they buy it themselves and we help them get comfortable with it.
