- A $40 trip charge applies to qualifying in-person appointments more than 20 miles from Wheaton, Illinois, or Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- Support beyond your prepaid hours is billed separately.
Purchasing More Than One Prepaid Package
- Choose the number of packages you would like to purchase.
- Each Support Saver package adds 5 support hours.
- Each Tech Advantage package adds 10 support hours.
- Your Stripe checkout will show the number of packages and the total price before you pay.
- Each purchase retains its own purchase date and expiration date. A later purchase does not extend the expiration date of hours you purchased earlier.
