I cannot give enough superlatives to Senior Tech Support. Tony called a couple of times to confirm the date/time and purpose of the home visit (fix a printer communication problem and also help synch my wife's iPhone, iPad and watch). Tony arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and was VERY patient. Tony was also able to clearly explain what was creating the problems with our equipment and resolve the issues. Tony LaPalio was critical in helping us finally cut the Comcast cord and convert all our TV watching to direct streaming from individual providers… AND cut our monthly cost in half. Previously we were paying $260 a month for a cable TV connection with DVR ability. But that was only for the connection to basic cable stations— mostly channels we never watched. We were paying separately for Netflix and Amazon Prime movie streaming on top of the Comcast fee. Now we are also getting HULU, Showtime, HBO Max, Paramount+, AppleTV+, getting regular broadcast TV stations through Youtube… AND only paying $130. A lot more for a lot less. And not paying for anything we don’t watch. Tony explained the process, helped set up the entire conversion, helped orient us to the new operation— simple once he showed us—and even advised us on some home computer issues we had while he was there. Tony provides very personal service on a variety of technical needs.

Tony is THE best. My 70+ year old mother lives in Wheaton, Illinois and I live in Los Angeles. Sometime she needs help with simple things that I can help over the phone sometimes it requires something else. If you have aging parents or are yourself that aging person in dupage county (I honestly don't know their service area but I know they cover Wheaton) this is the company you want to work with! What is great about this company is that he knows so many different types of tech. Not just computers, but smart home tech. My mom has 30+ different smart home devices from lights, smart speakers, to thermostat, to garage opener and Tony knows how to work with all these smart home devices which are so helpful to aging parents to maintain their independence. If that isn't enough - my mom had an old laptop that she wanted to get rid of but didn't know how to wipe the hard drive. His company took the computer and wiped and refurbished the computer to give to a senior in need of the device. What better organization is there. I could write a book about why Tony is my "go to" guy for all my mom's tech support needs but if a knowledgeable, patient, competent, honest, compassionate tech guy who specializes in working with seniors is your need- look no further.
